In 2017, I embarked on an exciting new career path in Real Estate. Previously, I was a trusted Mergers & Acquisition Advisor for Tech companies here in the Silicon Valley. With my background in Finance, I learned quickly about the market trends and steered my focus primarily to rehabbing homes in the Bay Area. Today, I oversee the physical building work involved in improving the structure, the foundation, and all the rough work related to updating the home to city code and regulations. I have worked closely with many talented contractors, architects, engineers, designers, and vendors to see a project through from start to finish. I have negotiated to buy and sell homes for our own investments, for clients, friends, and family members. Through the years, I have built strong relationships with the people I have worked with on each home, fellow agents, and my wife who designs each home with a blend of warmth and style.
